First cut the body piece from the lining fabric of the body skirt. When taking the body height measurement, it should be less than the shirt height. Only then the body goes down lower than the shirt and does not show outside. Next, when cutting the skirt, subtract the body height from the total height and set the skirt height. Finally cut the lining for the skirt. Its lining height should be cut lower than the skirt.
